Mindful Rush was started in 2019, by Keke Laura, with a mission; to help people reach their full potential through mindfulness and positivity. To be a safe place to discuss ideas and provide education for people looking to learn more about mindfulness, stress management, and how to improve their lives.
Keke is a stress and anxiety management/mindfulness coach, as well as an author and artist. She will guide you down the right path and help you with mindfulness and manifesting the life of your dreams.
